Orsapan-D

Composition:
• Pantoprazole – 40 mg
• Domperidone – 30 mg

Form: Capsule

Description:
Orsapan-D is a dual-action formulation combining Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI),
and Domperidone, a prokinetic agent. It is used for the treatment of acid reflux,
gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), functional dyspepsia, and nausea associated with
gastrointestinal motility disorders.
Pantoprazole reduces excess stomach acid by irreversibly blocking the proton pumps in
gastric parietal cells.
Domperidone enhances stomach and intestinal motility while preventing nausea and
bloating by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut.

Together, they offer fast and long-lasting relief from acidity, heartburn, bloating, and upper
abdominal discomfort.
