• Liver damage signs (dark urine, yellowing of eyes/skin, upper abdominal pain — from paracetamol overdose)
• Seizures or tremors (rare, especially with stimulant or sedative misuse)
Minor Side Effects (Common and usually self-limiting):
• Drowsiness or dizziness
• Dry mouth or throat
